Evil Jai was too cartoonish, and I didn't expect Susan Sarandon to ruin an ending like that.
Most of what she did acting-wise was fine. But, rather than basically enslaving her, I would have preferred an argument that convinced Lindy to help willingly.
There's an ensemble of the cast that would work as a great series - Bobby, Laverne, Kate, and the hacker chick (Andy) as a team that takes down the MK Ultra-like bad guys. Maybe that could be the third movie. I'd watch a sequel or two.
Overall I think it was more amusing than Kate (the one I watched a couple nights ago), but perhaps a bit less moving.
