eag, was it Jacob who attacked you?

if so, I have already contacted him about an attack he made yesterday on my wine town; and, better than that, I subsequently contacted his alliance's leader (and current dimplomat) about my attack and anothed dumb one i noticed on someone on our marble island. the leader is on my side, and he sent a note to the player.
