Very little radio is live anymore. Local morning shows often are. Syndicated shows may not be depending on the market.

You can literally phone in a shift at this point. Deb worked from home providing a shift for a station in Ohio. Was a branding voice for a station in Arizona. Even when she physically went to the station, she voice tracked her mid day shift.
