To clear up what I see as COVID/election takeaways: Yes, people are still dying. No, Americans does not care. It's no longer a focus point.

Should we concerned that people are still dying? Absolutely. But America has proven not to care since the beginning.
The second a vaccine became widely available COVID ended. Period. The general public, independents, and especially right leaning Biden voters are done with masks, virtual schools, restrictions, etc. They see that there is no common goal in place. Some states/cities/counties are aiming for COVID zero, some are aiming for percentages, etc. There's no set plan and people are pissed.
Dems need to start thinking about inflation, gas prices, supply chain issues, etc.
