It was absolutely necessary and appropriate. But it was still 4 straight years of rage.

The biggest difference between the 2 parties as I see it right now:
D's actually have an agenda. They have something they think is worth fighting for.
R's completely dropped the ball once they had control to actually advance legislation. They suck when they are in the majority. They are much more effective fighting against something instead of being for something.
