I agree that Dem, liberal, and progressive are being stupid when they insist on purity. I'm just saying that while a majority of voters may *vote*

center-right, I don't think it's accurate to say that they *are* center-right. Their votes don't reflect what they want for their lives; they reflect who they listen to and what they identify with for mistaken reasons.
