Mostly, yeah. I have some 11.5 but nothing close to 8.5. You'd have little competition for sneakers and they'd likely cost less in your size.

They make the most in sizes 10 and 10.5 followed by 11 and 9.5.
They don't make a lot of size 12s with the popular releases so they tend to sell for a bit more. The same for the very small sizes.
