his injury was known and that he wanted surgery. Buffalo wanted him to rub dirt on it or something and suck it up.

Vegas has been crushed by injuries so have room under the cap to absorb him this year; if he returns for the playoffs he can play just like Tampa did this past year with one of their best players. If he returns earlier in the regular season they might have to do some cap dancing but assuming they make the playoffs and he heals up they get a well rested Top 2 pick to add to their lineup for the playoffs
