I'd say it depends on how "into it" you get, especially with recruiting. I'd say a couple of hours of time per week for me.

It's actually reducing over time as I'm not designing my recruiting spreadsheet and stuff now that I'm several seasons in. A lot of time are investments in learning how to play and developing stuff (if you want to).
