And Canada cold really use a centralized and logically planned post-secondary education plan, but....

I'm not advocating for the state solution, however suggesting that it's a simple fix to go to a national system isn't being fair. It's just not a simple fix and like us opening up our constitution for anything, probably more trouble than it's worth.
