So they'd gone 9 months without being vaccinated. I told her we wear masks because the rooms are small and we often have kids on the tour.

She was someone our president had been emailing with. She's writing a novelette based on her parents life in town and wanted him to read it for local accuracy. Today was a way for her to get a sense of how life was then, and the tour took way longer than usual because of all her questions. Meanwhile two of us were sitting there waiting to lock up when they were done. I told (suggested to) the pres. if he had tours like that in the future he might schedule them outside the regular tour day.

And she stiffed us $5 on the tour donation.
