I'd suggest Mozilla VPN, mostly because I hope they don't fail as a business. They're the last hope of non-Chromium/non-WebKit browsing.

But also because their VPN stuff seems to work fine. However, I haven't tested with streaming.
They white-label their VPN service from a company called Mullvad.
