I think my annual appointment with the doc is in February. Colonoscopy is on the agenda. I've never had one. -- nm

I had one this year as my doc told me I avoided them long enough. It is not that bad, the preventative benefits far outweigh the discomforts. -- nm

They're really not bad other than the night before. My wife has had 3 now because her mom was diagnosed with colon cancer at 39.
