STIS: Is there a website which will show you all the RSS feeds you might wish to subscribe to?

I know you can add some feeds to your google home page, but I wouldn't mind a specific site where i can add RSS feeds to all the blogs I like and then not have to visit them all unless there is new content. This must exist, right?

Also, I realize you can get feed readers that install locally (or even use Outlook), and I might have to do this if the webpage thing doesn't exist. However, I'd love it if it was a site, it would fit better with my browsing habits as I could access it from any computer.
