For me, it would be a sell if they had all their Hybrids run on electric only up to 45 or 50 mph.

When I run around the neighborhood, where streets are 45 mph or less, I wish my hybrid would strictly stay on electric power. It depends on how much you step on the gas, but it very easily switches from electric to gas right now.
They make that change, and
1) people stick to the 45 mph speed limit more often, and
2) save tons of gas in "in-city" driving.
