Nothing. I think once you're in, unless you ignore warnings to maintain oversight of the car, you stay in.

There was a guy who got the various visual and audio cues to maintain attention, ignored them, had FSD kick control back to him for not paying attention and got removed from the program. Though the removal said he'd have FSD reenabled with the next software update.
