This squad is much more smart (+15) than athletic (+6). Racing up and down the court is not for them.

Moving the ball around and poking holes in the defense is what we do best.
I do use Fast occasionally to try to reduce the impact of an opposing team's bigs, but it has a deleterious effect upon my own.
Instead I set pace to Normal and give almost everyone a green light to shoot. It's rare for me to set someone below a 5. Really good shooters get a 7. (8 and 9 get a bit reckless, but some guys are reluctant to shoot and you ahve to push them.) We're 3rd in the nation in shots taken; we're not wasting any time with the ball.
