Perhaps but we have the supply chain that we deserve? One optimized for normal supply and demand?

Over react too much in one direction (all but completely shut down production last year) and can't instantly respond the other way.

There's lots of things required to start up from the most of raw of materials on upwards.

Same reason that traffic takes awhile to recover and by the time that we get to the spot of the former issue, there's nothing there but still been stuck in traffic
