Here

I use No Salt Added versions of all the canned stuff, but you can easily use the regular stuff.



2 container (1.8 cups ea.), No Salt Added Black Beans
2 container (1 4/5 cups ea.), Crisp 'n Sweet Corn - No Salt Added
2 container (1 4/5 cups ea.), Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
2 container (455 gs ea.), Dark Red Kidney Beans No Salt Added (From Label)
0.50 cup(s), Brown Sugar
2 cup, chopped, Celery

2 cup, chopped, Onion
2 cup, sliced, Green bell pepper
2 container (1.8 cup (123g) ea.), Organic Canned Pumpkin
2 cup, 99% Fat Free No Salt Added Chicken Broth
1 tbsp, Salt


Throw everything in crock pot and heat on low for 6 hrs
