I feel so ungreatful. I gave a fellow volunteer a vintage cookbook because she collects them and she thanked me with a bottle of Sauvingnon Blanc.

She said it's one of her favorites - and I really don't care for it. Much to acidic for my tastes.
Any suggestions as to what I might pair it with?

Pair it with a bottle of wine you DO like. After a few glasses of that this will taste better. -- nm

Thanks folk. Cooking was one option I was considering. I'll likely try drinking it with different things - and thank her very much :) -- nm
