Weird cookbooks ( I have a huge collection, twice as many as our local library) cross cultural like irish/Mexican which is a thing...bonus points for an Irish Seafood book which doesn't seem like it's a thing surprisingly since they're a damn island. Are there afro-french, Italian Ethiopian?
