IDK. It is specific to the rosary. Five decades. There are four mysteries, you choose one of the four.

Joyful mysteries, glorious mysteries, mysteries of light, sorrowful mysteries. So you choose one, then for each of the 5 decades, you start by announcing one of the mysteries. For example, joyful mysteries = the Annunciation, the Visitation, the Birth of Jesus, the Presentation in the Etmple, the finding of Jesus in the Temple.
My mother used to do this all the time (out loud), she used the mysteries.
