Reading B2 on earlier laws and constitutions brought to mind what older non-profit organizations are facing. Our archaeological society has

bylaws dating back 60+ years which state an annual meeting will be held and members will vote *in person* for the following year's Board of Directors. We haven't had an in-person meeting in two years and any change to the bylaws would require a similar vote.

Same is true for the Historical Society and the Friends of the Library.
