In response to ""B++" is better than than a "B+", but I can't justify it being an "A", so it's worse than an "A--" -- nm" by Ender

It's as if "B" meant "Good" and "A" meant "Excellent", and a "+" is like a "very" in front of the word.

I can't bring myself to attach "Excellent" to it, so I throw another "Very" on.
