My kids Christmas gifts from Etsy: Seller told me that he needs more time to make the objects (I believe that) but he's closing the order and marking it as completed. HUH?! Still gonna nail you to the Etsy wall if you fail to provide a tracking number in the next 4 days.
An order from eBay that constitutes my Christmas present to myself: USPS marked it as delivered to my box yesterday at noon. Nope.
The title to my car: The 2nd VW car to which I bought the lease (I had two VWs, OK?) hasn't had the title sent, despite closing out the purchase a month ago. Last week I called and said "Where's my title?" They said "You signed a form in the wrong place." I said "And you told me this when?" "We tried call you last month. Once." "But you DIDN'T get through to me. So... we were just at an impasse until I called?!!" I immediately signed the form and emailed it to them. A week later, "Where's my title?" "We got the form. The title will be there in a few days." VW Credit has the worst customer service of any car leasing firm. It's why I will never get another VW again, EVER.
