If everyone starts buying EV, what happens to all the gas cars? Loose all there trade in value I'm sure. Could they be converted?

Electric motors are small, some cars have them in the wheels...you could build a crate motor that fits right in the engine space, batteries and all, maybe need to put additional batteries in the trunk?

There are currently conversion kits, but they are expensive. Most likely that'll remain the case

not many conversion kits out there right now. last number I heard was 25k to 30k.
