And know that you're not alone in this. I'm generally very easy going, but will get inexplicable bursts of anxiety.

Rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, the lot.
I try to do a little fake tai chi. I don't know real tai chi so I just emulate the movements I've seen on film and TV and try to channel the excess energy outward, whatever that means. The motion really does help get rid of the shakes.
I also try to mentally acknowledge the anxiety and let it flow through me rather than fight it. Fighting it just exacerbates and gives you anxiety about your anxiety.
All of it is kinda dumb, but tends to make me feel better, which is what matters.
