Okay, one more time, I need ST's good thoughts becuase my mother's either insane or dumb.

so, 20 days after brain surgery, she flew to Florida (again with the doctor saying "shouldn't be a problem"). She developed blood clots on the lungs and becuase of the bleeding on the brain, the blood thinners are a challenge.

She checks herself out of the hospital, my brother flies down there; and her, my dad, my brother and the 3 year old daughter/granddaughter are all driving back up I-95 from Palm Beach to Maryland...a nice 18-20 hour drive.

She can't breathe right and of course, if she has issues, they'll just need to find a hospital along the way...

So at this point, any good thoughts for an uneventful trip home would be very appreciated.

And any comment about how stupid or crazy she is acting gets both barrels from me. I'm not in a good mood.
