hell, is it my fault that a stone bounced and broke my windshield? should my rates go up?

no, but if you have it replaced through your insurance, it's still a claim and they might raise your rate

:) Also, you can't sue stones if they cause you injury. Like if a stone assaulted you, even if they get 5 years jail, they just don't care. -- nm
