Not that I've seen and that's why the House kept delaying the vote.

They didn't want moderates to have to vote for things that wouldn't end up in the final bill as they've been burned over and over again by that. But the CPC wouldn't stand down about passing it with the BIF so it put Pelosi et al in an impossible position.
