for stylish, i highly recommend HELM.. they've moved production, but still have a quality upper and they're re-solable.

anything you can't resole, there is not much incentive to make the upper quality.
HELM is somewhere below a chippewa or a high end goodyear welted boot, but still nice construction and style. I have a pair of the ones I've linked to... they're comfortable and stiff, so they'll break in nicely to a long-term boot.
