LYC: Took about a month (10/18) but I hit 200.7 on the scale this morning from the 210 I was creeping up to. Been doing restricted scheduled eating

8 hour window starting when I eat lunch and then also limiting myself to 1 "treat" per meal though that would still be (generally) a sugar free option
