y = 1 / (X^2 + 2)
when x passes -+ 1 toward 0 it is a decimal which becomes a smaller decimal when squared
so, y will get bigger
relatively, since y will never get larger than 1/2
when x passes +- 1 toward infinity the square of that number becomes much larger
thus, y gets much smaller
y starts approaching 0
