Looks like United is you're only real option from there. Syracuse has American, Delta, and JetBlue as well but not sure how far that is.

I'd rank the airlines JB, Delta, United, American if you don't have any status on them though JB is mainly by reputation as they don't fly here. Southwest is at SYR as well but looks to have a limited schedule.
