Based on this sequence
Some traffic incident got one or both of them upset.
Woman in car hits motorcycle and keeps driving.
Motorcycle driver follows her home while communicating with cops.
Woman (who already tried to kill him by hitting him with her call) comes out of home with a gun.
He shoots her.
Additional information could change my mind, but based on just that, I would not convict him.
