So our cut rate PDF program isn’t smart enough to know how many screens I currently have in windows. -- (edited)

If I move it to screen 2 and then the next time I open a PDF I am only using my laptop it will still open the PDF on screen 2…which doesn’t exist. I have to go through a manual process to get it to open on the only screen that exists. Something that doesn’t happen with literally any other program.
Can’t I just use Adobe guys?
