I've been able to keep annual increases below 2% average over the last five years and probably will be able to continue that indefinitely.

We had to build up Reserves and reached our target faster than expected, so I've been able to offset payroll increases with reductions in the Reserves line item. Plus we've been fortunate with gas prices being stable til now and locked in for the next year.
