And the answer *appears* to be Air Canada Express 8767 operating San Diego to Vancouver made an emergency landing at LAX

presumably due to the suspected fuel leak.

It didn't circle to burn fuel (which makes sense, I'd say, if they thought they might have a fuel leak) but that means they landed heavier than planned because they were carrying extra fuel (they were fueled to go all the way to Vancouver). That likely explains the blown tires, it's not uncommon in an overweight landing situation.

That's if I found the right plane, of course. (I guess there could have been more than one Air Canada diversion to LAX this evening but unlikely)
