Not exactly. Their current plans rely on a successful Starship and Raptor engine production. Engine production is not going well

And unless it improves, the Starship plan would fall apart.
But to go bankrupt, they'd need to continue spending good money on a failing plan, fail to secure outside investment, and fail to use Falcon Heavy for more missions
The internal income stream the company is currently banking on is from Starlink and the regular Falcon 9 isn't capable of putting the next big wave of Starlink sats into orbit at a sustainable price.
It sounds like the guy they let go who was in charge of Raptor production kept some problems under wraps instead of bringing them to Shotwell's attention.
I expect the problems will be sorted and everything will be fine.
