Would you buy a condo now, to use in your retirement 20+ years down the road?

Assuming you could rent it out effectively in the meantime?We’re probably not going to, but the idea was raised. Also there’s maybe 500(?) units of new construction coming into the market locally (literally adjacent to the development where we would be looking) in the next two-to-three years, so I don’t think now is the time to buy even if we wanted to.

And, more importantly, is excluding the red chair from the rest of the furniture that comes with a dealbreaker? (www.zillow.com)
