From someone having issues that might be food related at the moment too. Go whole hog.

It could be that gluten or tomato or dairy on its own isn't an issue, but the combination of all 3 together.

I'm 3 weeks into low FODMAP its a pain but it doe seem to be working. In a few months I will start to reintroduce certain items to see if they cause an issue.
