i haven't *declined* anything. and, i posted on a back board that if i could vote in your election i would, but i can't.

i have no issue with will having an opinion, or anyone having an opinion, but if someone complains about something for months, has a chance to make their voice heard, and doesn't, i won't be taking their complaints too seriously in the future.
