I had not got the booster shot yet - and I took no infusions or anything else - more inside.

I had a friend and her daughter over for brunch, she has multiple immunity issues and I thought would be a safe visit because she is so compromised and careful. Turns out - her being that compromised makes her uber susceptible for getting it - and she got exposed by another friend that wasn't as diligent in her habits. Lesson learned on my part.

I just took airborn, 1000mg vitamin D, Zicam swabs and got lots of rest and stayed well hydrated. I've only had the cold stuff - runny nose, coughs ... never any headache, body ache, shortness of breath or anything else ... but I did go through a TON of kleenex for 5 days.
