and he does wear a mask when he's inside places, he's not an asshole about it. dunno about the vax thing.

i have a lawyer i'm speaking to about incorporation. this business is launching an s-corp with shares so we can do an employee ownership program.. it's complicated, but as you said, it's also kind of a thing where it would be crazy to expect someone to cut you into something like that without any financial stake or working history.
