Looks like when they say “English” and “Non-English” they mean Original Language, not the language in which it was watched. Because neither Squid Game nor Money Heist are in the 28-day TV (English) list. A quick look at the TV (Non-English) list confirms this.

Netflix is eating Nielsen’s lunch. Nielsen can’t even get their charts consistent from week to week.
