one of those nasty scams you hear about where they want to record you saying "yes" and they immediately hang up.

She knows better, but she fell for it, and now she's freaking out about identity fraud and any other nefarious thing that will be done to us over the next...I don't know how long.

Any advice?
Other than credit freezes (which we already had) and monitoring expenditures and itemized phone bills (which we already do?)
