While the story lends its focus to low income and minority areas, it’s not necessarily needed. Amazon is a boa constrictor regardless.

Warehouses have to be setup somewhere like stores. Not surprised they try to locate less-costly real estate for them. San Bernardino perfect example vs A-level Real Estate near Downtown LA -- nm*

Some jobs. Warehousing isn't typically highly staffed. Also, more and more is automated. -- nm
