He was a renter that rented a very nice condo and later had trouble covering his rent so he got roommates.

... They paid but he quit paying his rent entirely so we informed them they all had to move. They moved, he did not. I even found this guy a place to live that he could afford by himself. He said it was too small and refused to leave.
