I honestly don't know, but I have multiple accounts for Ticketmaster, Hockey, Ticketmaster UK, LiveNation app, etc., not to mention MrsJax's accounts

I think it thinks I've logged in from the same device/IP to multiple accounts.
It's a huge pain the ass, too.
I keep seeing things like clearing cookies/cache helps, but it didn't seem to today at all.
