He rejected 3 good fit, in-conference landing spots for someplace outside. *ascii shrug*

+15 rating. 48/33 ranking. More importantly, my predicted ratings were close in almost all aspects. Really good Int/Ath tends to be lowballed in my models.

I got no complaints really.
